- Develop internal and external compensation benchmarks and surveys to support HR teams during salary proposals for hires, promotions, and mobility.
- Ensure the smooth execution of the annual salary review process at both HQ and market levels, including data management, validation flows, and documentation.
- Create compelling presentations to advocate for salary revisions and budgets across various regions and countries.
- Optimize employee benefits programs, including health, insurance, and retirement plans, ensuring contract balance.
- Coordinate international mobility processes, including expatriation, secondment, and repatriation.
- Advise HR partners on exit scenarios and fiscal optimizations.
- Oversee the French payroll and manage global budgeting phases.
- Liaise with finance for all compensation-related reporting, budgeting, and management control.
- Prepare detailed presentations to justify discrepancies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and consolidate quarterly market budgeting phases, presenting qualitative data effectively.
- Supervise the HR department's operational budget.
- Calculate and justify annual HR provisions to Finance and auditors.
- Oversee HRIS negotiations and technical resolutions with vendors.
- Manage the payroll team, ensuring efficient information flow with internal clients.
- Produce and present all legal HR reports, including social balance sheets and mandatory group reports.
- Deploy group/division projects such as CORE HR, LVMH SHARES, and GDPR initiatives.
- Ensure the reliability of HR data across systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role with international exposure.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on data and KPIs.
- Fluency in English.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and social regulations.
- Proficiency in management tools, data processing software, and HRIS.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and engage stakeholders.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in social management control and compensation and benefits program management, with an international dimension.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
