- Contribute to the implementation of operational marketing and commercial strategy across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with the global brand strategy while integrating local market specifics.
- Evaluate sell-out potential in collaboration with marketing, operations, and finance teams, and prepare a three-year launch calendar in line with the global innovation strategy.
- Challenge markets on final forecasts and oversee project follow-up, including supply chain and stock management.
- Propose high-value local activations to generate business opportunities in the region.
- Support teams in creating content for a 360-degree activation strategy tailored to specific markets.
- Develop 360-degree marketing activation plans with local teams, ensuring global coherence and effective A&P investments.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Image, Communication, CRM, E-commerce, and Training teams to support product launches.
- Evaluate the qualitative and quantitative performance of launches using specific KPIs and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Facilitate cross-fertilization between markets and headquarters to enhance team competencies.
- Maintain constant vigilance on competitor activities and consumer behaviors in assigned markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in operational marketing, preferably in the cosmetics sector and with international exposure.
- Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills for effective multicultural collaboration.
- Proven ability to work transversally with international teams and senior management.
- Proficiency in Excel and a strong aptitude for data analysis.
- Comprehensive understanding of customer journeys and key marketing activation levers, both online and offline.
- Fluency in English is essential.
Minimum 3 years of experience in operational marketing, ideally within the cosmetics industry and with international exposure.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
