Make Up For Ever Business Development Manager

- Develop and implement operational marketing and commercial strategies for the Asia region, ensuring alignment with the brand's global strategy while incorporating local market nuances.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to evaluate sell-out potential, define product mix, and prepare a three-year launch calendar in line with global innovation strategy.
- Challenge market forecasts and oversee project follow-up, including supply and stock management, to ensure successful product launches.
- Propose high-value local activations to generate business opportunities in the region.
- Support teams in creating content and defining the most relevant 360 activation strategies for markets.
- Develop 360 marketing activation plans with local teams, ensuring global coherence and investment relevance.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Image, Communication, CRM, E-commerce, and Training teams to support launches.
- Evaluate post-launch performance using precise KPIs and implement corrective measures to achieve objectives.
- Coordinate multiple product launches annually, acting as project lead for finance, purchasing, and marketing.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor consumer behavior in target markets.
- Manage and mentor an International Business Development Project Manager and an intern.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in operational marketing within a subsidiary, preferably in the cosmetics sector and with international exposure.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for effective multicultural collaboration.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with international teams and senior management.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for informed decision-making.
- Comprehensive understanding of customer journeys and key marketing activation levers, both online and offline.
- Curiosity and openness to foreign cultures, with a keen interest in the Asia region.
- Genuine interest in makeup brands.
- Fluency in English is essential.
A minimum of five years in operational marketing, ideally in the cosmetics industry with international exposure.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
