- Provide operational support and daily assistance to markets, addressing needs such as samples, communication tools, and visuals.
- Analyze and monitor market forecasts, evaluating the potential of launches globally and by market, including volumes, assortments, and pricing.
- Conduct post-launch analyses on major global markets, compiling business reviews and qualitative assessments of local 360° activations.
- Perform brand and competitor analysis using sell-out studies and competitive panels like Beauty Research.
- Coordinate 360° launch activations, including forecasting and analyzing sampling campaigns, gathering launch feedback, and conducting competitive intelligence specific to each region with monthly presentations.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in operational marketing is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Organized and structured with a keen sense of logic and synthesis.
- Curious, proactive, and able to anticipate and delve into details.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in an Asian language is a plus.
- Strong affinity for the cosmetics industry and its trends.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with some internship experience in operational marketing.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business or a related field.
