1. Ensure achievement of sales targets for the boutique, including revenue, sales index, average basket, and services.
2. Motivate and challenge the team to meet sales objectives.
3. Participate in sales and provide expert advice on Make Up For Ever products and services.
4. Organize and propose in-store events and partnerships to promote brand visibility.
5. Adhere to budgetary guidelines in daily operations and event organization.
6. Manage administrative and commercial follow-ups, including cash handling and reporting.
7. Prepare and submit daily sales reports and monthly team schedules.
8. Order necessary supplies and manage inventory using Winparf.
9. Lead and organize the sales team, including scheduling and conducting team meetings.

1. Proven experience in retail management or boutique leadership.
2. Experience in the beauty industry.

Minimum of 3 years in a management role within retail or boutique settings, with additional experience in the beauty industry.

Diploma from a makeup school or equivalent.
