Make Up For Ever Boutique Manager

- Ensure achievement of sales targets for the boutique, including revenue, sales index, average basket, and services.
- Motivate and challenge the team to meet sales objectives.
- Participate in sales and provide expert advice on Make Up For Ever products and services.
- Organize and propose in-store events and partnerships to promote brand visibility.
- Adhere to budgetary guidelines in daily operations and event organization.
- Manage administrative and commercial follow-ups, including cash handling and reporting.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and monthly team schedules.
- Order necessary supplies and manage inventory using Winparf.
- Lead and organize the sales team, including scheduling and conducting team meetings.
- Proven experience in retail management or boutique leadership.
- Experience in the beauty industry.
- Exceptional beauty makeup skills.

- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Proficiency in spoken English.
- Organizational and integrity skills.
Minimum of 3 years in a management role within retail or boutique settings, with additional experience in the beauty industry.
Diploma from a makeup school or equivalent.
