- Ensure the achievement of commercial objectives for the store, including sales targets, average basket size, and service development.
- Motivate and challenge the team to meet sales goals.
- Participate actively in sales and product consultations.
- Organize and execute in-store events and partnership operations to promote brand visibility.
- Adhere to budgetary guidelines in daily store management and event organization.
- Collaborate with the B2B service to implement partnerships and ensure store revenue growth.
- Oversee the sales team by organizing schedules and assigning tasks.
- Conduct daily and weekly briefings to communicate sales objectives.
- Facilitate monthly team meetings and individual follow-ups.
- Support team development through training and performance monitoring.
- Manage administrative and commercial follow-up, including store procedures, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Diploma in aesthetics, makeup, and/or commerce.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in cosmetics sales.
- In-depth knowledge of MAKE UP FOR EVER's history and products.
- Strong team spirit and ability to motivate and mobilize a team.
- Excellent sales and makeup techniques.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and organizational acumen.
- Proficiency in performance indicators and financial management.
- Good command of English for sales purposes.
Minimum 3 years
Diploma in aesthetics, makeup, and/or commerce.
