1. Manage incoming inquiries via phone, web, email, and on-site, including receiving, sorting, and following up on incomplete applications.
2. Update and maintain the Salesforce dashboard and track application processing.
3. Conduct follow-ups with potential leads using the CRM Salesforce.
4. Assist in organizing and participating in Open Days and professional trade shows.
5. Coordinate interview schedules with the academic team and manage post-interview processes.
6. Prepare and issue training agreements and payment attestations.
7. Ensure accurate updates on the Dokélio platform for educational tracking.
8. Assist in the preparation of administrative documents for new intakes.
9. Compile and manage student contact lists and coordinate with the academic team for orientation kits.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.

2. Dynamic and proactive approach to tasks.
3. Experience in B2C environments is preferred.
4. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Ideal candidates will have some prior experience in B2C sales or customer service, gained through internships or work placements.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business or a related field.

Interns will benefit from a hybrid working model, with the possibility of remote work two days per week after one month, subject to managerial approval.
