2. Coordinate with suppliers and oversee project execution.
3. Prepare for 2025 downsizing in alignment with Sephora's space allocation.
4. Address after-sales service requests for furniture and grids in European markets.
5. Maintain and update requests via the Simplifield application for the French market.
6. Ensure proper execution by installers and coordinate with Country Managers.
7. Update and manage the database of points of sale.
8. Track gondola inventory and associated movements.
9. Input purchase orders and track expenses in the budget file.
10. Monitor invoicing through the Esker platform.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and dynamism.
4. Fluency in French and professional proficiency in written English.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
