1. Lead and manage a team of educators, including full-time professors and freelance instructors.
2. Ensure a high standard of learning across all programs and uphold the art of teaching.
3. Continuously develop and support all Academy educators to maintain superior teaching quality.
4. Foster strong partnerships with students and address their well-being and disciplinary matters.
5. Develop and implement Master programs and intensive courses in collaboration with the team.
6. Ensure training materials and programs align with current professional makeup practices.
7. Create interactive and dynamic training formats for the new generation of learners.
8. Adapt educational materials for the Shanghai Academy in collaboration with local educators.
9. Ensure consistency in learning tools and philosophies across all locations.
10. Participate in the registration of certifications with RNCP & RS alongside an independent educational engineer.
11. Oversee Qualiopi audits with the educational coordinator.
12. Manage all logistical and administrative tools.
13. Develop and oversee the budget for long and intensive training programs.

1. Significant experience in teaching and educational management.
2. Expertise in makeup techniques with at least 5 years of experience.
3. Proven experience in team management and the ability to motivate and unite collaborators.

1. Passionate about knowledge transfer and committed to educational equity.
2. Organized with strong time management and project tracking skills.
3. Proactive and capable of managing multiple projects in a creative and fast-paced environment.
4. Fluent in both English and French, with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Minimum 5 years of experience in makeup techniques and educational management.
