Maison Margiela Team Leader

Maison Margiela is a Paris-based luxury fashion house known for its conceptual, deconstructed approach to design and rigorous attention to craft. 1. Drive achievement of commercial objectives through efficient organisation and performance management of the boutique team.
2. Deliver a personalised, high-touch client experience to meet individual and collective sales targets; lead clienteling and CRM initiatives to grow client base and retention.
3. Support the Store Manager in coaching, providing regular feedback and performance reviews to develop team capability and service consistency.
4. Analyse sales and stock metrics to optimise product rotation, supervise replenishment and contribute to inventory management decisions.
5. Maintain boutique standards and team presentation to reinforce brand image and visual merchandising excellence.

1. Minimum three years’ experience in retail sales, preferably in premium or luxury fashion.
2. At least one year of proven experience managing or leading a boutique sales team.
3. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and working to KPI-driven objectives.
4. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
5. Fluent in French and English (spoken).
