1. Lead the team to achieve commercial objectives through effective organization.

3. Support the Store Manager in providing feedback to ensure the highest quality of customer experience.
4. Contribute to commercial performance improvement through sales analysis, stock management, product rotation, and team image enhancement.
5. Exhibit leadership by delivering excellent personalized customer service and developing clientele through CRM initiatives.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in premium or luxury sectors, with at least 1 year in team management.

2. Recognized for proactivity and adaptability.
3. Fluent in French and English.
