- Lead the team to achieve commercial objectives through effective organization.
- Ensure a tailored client experience to meet individual and collective goals.
- Support the Store Manager in providing feedback to ensure the highest quality of customer experience.
- Contribute to commercial performance improvement through sales analysis, stock management, product rotation, and team image enhancement.
- Exhibit leadership by delivering excellent personalized customer service and developing clientele through CRM initiatives.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in premium or luxury sectors, with at least 1 year in team management.
- Strong sales and customer service expertise with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Recognized for proactivity and adaptability.
- Fluent in French and English.
