- Establish and maintain a robust clientele to drive sales and profitability.
- Oversee store operations, ensuring alignment with business strategies and financial goals.
- Develop and implement store strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Manage inventory, expense control, and human resources to optimize store performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop store personnel to foster an inspiring work environment.
- Ensure exemplary customer service standards are upheld to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze business and product reports to adapt merchandising strategies.
- Maintain store aesthetics and operational efficiency in accordance with company standards.
- Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market.
- Proven track record of managing a client book.
- Keyholder experience is preferred.
- Financial management and ethical conduct.
- Strong customer focus and clienteling skills.
- Leadership and performance management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
Experience in a luxury or high-end clienteling environment is required, with a preference for multi-unit management experience.
A 4-year degree or an equivalent combination of work experience is preferred.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $114,000 annually.
