1. Establish and maintain a robust clientele to drive sales and profitability.
2. Oversee store operations, ensuring alignment with business strategies and financial goals.
3. Develop and implement store strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.
4. Manage inventory, expense control, and human resources to optimize store performance.
5. Recruit, train, and develop store personnel to foster an inspiring work environment.
6. Ensure exemplary customer service standards are upheld to enhance customer experience.
7. Monitor and analyze business and product reports to adapt merchandising strategies.
8. Maintain store aesthetics and operational efficiency in accordance with company standards.

1. Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market.
2. Proven track record of managing a client book.
3. Keyholder experience is preferred.

Experience in a luxury or high-end clienteling environment is required, with a preference for multi-unit management experience.

A 4-year degree or an equivalent combination of work experience is preferred.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $114,000 annually.
