- Assist in organizing sales campaigns, including sending invitations, scheduling client appointments, managing agendas, and sharing collection assets.
- Support the sales team by preparing materials and providing logistical assistance.
- Conduct market research, analyze potential opportunities, map distribution channels, and monitor competitive activity.
- Aid in organizing market visits, drafting travel reports, and preparing training documents.
- Contribute to monthly performance reporting for key partners, including sell-out tracking and stock analysis.
- Prepare client communications, including RRP, asset distribution, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Support press requests by handling sample requests and dispatching samples.
- Manage merchandise exchanges and returns, process requests and reorders, and provide back-office support using systems like Stealth operations and PowerBI.
- Support retail network animation by assisting commercial teams in executing buying, training, visual merchandising, and operational strategies.
- Analyze retail performance through weekly and monthly KPI tracking and reporting to commercial management.
- Prepare monthly sales targets based on performance trends, seasonality, and strategic objectives.
- Supervise retail stock management, including inventory oversight, coordination of deliveries and returns, and stock level monitoring to optimize product availability.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit adherence to 'Golden Rules' and ensure qualitative feedback from the field.
- Mandatory 6-month internship agreement, starting in March 2026.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university program in economics or management.
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Affinity for fashion and the luxury sector.
- Fluency in English and Italian; proficiency in French is advantageous.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in fashion and luxury retail is essential.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, economics, or a related field.
