1. Develop and optimize the 360-degree marketing strategy in collaboration with commercial teams for local trade marketing activities.
2. Coordinate and implement 360-degree marketing plans for assigned regions, excluding the United States.
3. Organize and coordinate in-store and department store events in France with the retail manager and sales teams.
4. Consolidate annual trade marketing plans to provide global visibility to headquarters teams.
5. Participate in the execution of trade marketing activations in collaboration with internal teams.
6. Share best practices and market needs with international teams.
7. Identify local best practices through competitive analysis and share insights with internal departments to enhance customer experience.
8. Prepare activity reports for each campaign to provide execution improvement recommendations to internal teams.

1. Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in marketing, sales, or project management, ideally within the luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or beauty sectors in an international environment.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work autonomously and manage projects independently.

Entry-level experience in marketing, sales, or project management, preferably in the luxury or beauty industry.
