2. Update pricing in the software system.
3. Assist the team in monitoring product allocations.
4. Coordinate with the supply team to track stock shortages and availability.
5. Monitor the availability of productions, including catalog and new launches, on a daily basis.
6. Track stock shortages and analyze sales against allocated quantities.
7. Monitor customer payments and prepare follow-ups.
8. Record customer account statements.
9. Manage and track customer complaints.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Seeking a gap year or end-of-study internship.

1. Strong interest in the luxury sector.
2. Recognized for dynamism, rigor, and ability to work independently.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills for communication with diverse stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel.
5. Fluency in English.
6. Interest in the perfume industry is advantageous.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally with exposure to supply chain or customer service functions.
