- Develop and implement the international training strategy aligned with business objectives and brand identity.
- Design and establish pedagogical guidelines and standards for training programs across products, sales techniques, and customer experiences.
- Create engaging and impactful training modules and innovative educational tools, including e-learning and interactive presentations.
- Continuously update training content to reflect new product launches.
- Train and coach the international network of local trainers to ensure consistent and excellent knowledge transfer.
- Facilitate the international trainer community, promoting skill exchange and competence sharing during Education Events.
- Monitor trainer performance and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Enhance in-store customer experience by integrating best practices into training pathways.
- Establish performance indicators and tools to measure training impact on sales and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct active research on pedagogical trends, technological innovations in training, and luxury sector best practices.
- Propose innovative approaches to enrich training systems.
- Significant experience (minimum 7-10 years) in international training within the luxury, beauty, or fragrance industry.
- Strong expertise in 'Train the Trainers' methodologies.
- Excellent knowledge of luxury retail sales techniques and customer service.
- Proven ability to design and develop innovative training programs and engaging educational tools.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in a third language (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish) is advantageous.
- Mastery of digital training tools (LMS, e-learning creation tools, etc.).
- Pedagogical expertise and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate diverse audiences.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and initiative.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex international projects.
Minimum 10 years of experience in international training within the luxury, beauty, or fragrance industry.
