- Lead the technical analysis of risks associated with the manufacturing and packaging of new products, implementing action plans to mitigate these risks.
- Oversee industrial trials and pre-series to validate project feasibility, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
- Draft and validate product specifications in collaboration with internal teams and subcontractors.
- Define and develop tertiary packaging modes, contributing to the creation of efficient and sustainable packaging solutions.
- Implement projects to evaluate and improve the conformity of packaging to subcontractor specifications, enhancing production fluidity.
- Lead the update of packaging in response to regulatory or technical changes, assessing financial impacts and managing stock transitions.
- Serve as the interface between Development, Planning, Quality, Purchasing teams, and subcontractors, coordinating efforts to resolve packaging challenges.
- Facilitate meetings and debriefings, ensuring the implementation of identified and validated actions.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with a strong interest in industrial techniques and project management.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- Knowledge of packaging materials and conditioning lines.
- Experience in industrial and conditioning site operations is advantageous.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage complex projects.
- Fluency in English.
- Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and dynamic with strong analytical and creative abilities.
- Recognized leadership and team coordination skills.
A minimum of 5 years in project management, ideally within the cosmetics industry.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
The position offers a hybrid working mode with a permanent contract based in Paris. It includes regular travel to subcontractors and suppliers, approximately twice a week.
