4. Monitor and achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
5. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and propose suitable options to clients.
6. Establish and nurture personal relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
7. Educate clients about the brand's heritage and product offerings.
8. Participate in merchandise management and monitor stock levels, reporting issues to the Account Manager.
9. Conduct operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
10. Build and maintain relationships with store management and adhere to all store policies and procedures.
11. Report to the Area Manager and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
