1. Support the execution of the internal control reporting campaign.
2. Develop and monitor the internal control plan, including defining and tracking action plans.
3. Enhance business processes through process reviews, identifying deficiencies, and making recommendations.
4. Educate and support colleagues on existing processes, and propose educational tools.
5. Conduct audit missions, highlighting issues and providing pragmatic, high-value recommendations.
6. Develop data analyses using visualization tools to identify anomalies and weak signals.
7. Monitor the implementation of action plans following audits.

1. Minimum of a Bac+5 (Master's degree or equivalent) in engineering, business, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in internal/external audit or internal control.

2. Advanced proficiency in Office tools and Excel.
3. Fluent in English for international communication.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
5. Passion for the beauty and luxury industry.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a focus on internal or external audit and internal control.

Bac+5 (Master's degree or equivalent) in engineering, business, or a related field.

The position offers a hybrid working mode, allowing for a balance between remote and on-site work.
