1. Assist in the deployment and management of the training plan in collaboration with headquarters HR teams and managers.
2. Contribute to the creation of a communication plan to enhance and promote the training offerings.
3. Manage the logistical aspects of training, including scheduling, welcoming trainers and participants, and ensuring the availability of necessary equipment and facilities.
4. Analyze feedback from post-training questionnaires to continuously improve the learning approach.
5. Actively participate in the onboarding process of new employees, ensuring continuous improvement of onboarding procedures.
6. Propose recommendations to enhance the onboarding offerings, including content, methods, and employee experience.
7. Manage the logistics of integration modules, such as invitations, welcome booklets, and welcoming new employees.
8. Contribute to the development and implementation of action plans within the Diversity & Inclusion strategy, collaborating with various stakeholders.
9. Conduct competitive intelligence on innovative HR development practices and propose relevant initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business School, University, or equivalent.
2. First experience or strong interest in HR development, training, or diversity & inclusion.

2. Dynamic, curious, adaptable, and enthusiastic personality.
3. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
4. Strong organizational and project management skills.
5. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
6. Fluency in English is required.

Beginner level experience or a strong interest in HR development, training, or diversity & inclusion.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business School, University, or equivalent.
