- Participate in the implementation and monitoring of the CRM & Clienteling activation plan for 2026.
- Coordinate with internal teams (E-commerce, Marketing Trade Strategy, Training, IT, Communication, Markets) and external partners (agencies and service providers).
- Assist in the creation and distribution of a multilingual weekly newsletter, coordinating with internal and external teams to gather briefing elements and maintain the editorial calendar.
- Support the global Clienteling project management in collaboration with technical teams and worldwide markets.
- Gather business needs from field users and markets to contribute to the continuous improvement of tools enhancing the in-store customer experience.
- Monitor deployments, training sessions, and user feedback.
- Participate in the loyalty program management by enriching the offer, coordinating dedicated campaigns and communications.
- Track and analyze performance KPIs (acquisition, retention, customer engagement).
- Conduct competitive intelligence, benchmarking initiatives, and propose activations, events, or specific offers.
- Monitor CRM campaign performance, consolidate market performance data for weekly and monthly reports, analyze KPIs, and propose optimizations.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve future campaign KPIs.
- Coordinate omnichannel CRM & Clienteling projects, prepare workshops, assist in animation, create reports, and support presentation development.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (business school or equivalent), seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent command of Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks between two managers, with precision in reporting and data management.
- Autonomy and ability to manage newsletter briefs independently without systematic validation.
- Curiosity, initiative, excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
- Previous experience in digital is appreciated, with an interest in CRM and Clienteling.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Analytical skills for monitoring and optimizing CRM campaigns.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Beginner level experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have had some exposure to digital environments and an interest in CRM and Clienteling.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business or a related field.
