- Participate in the construction and updating of forecasts in collaboration with commercial teams and business units.
- Develop a comprehensive operational understanding of the business, including KPIs, expenditure typologies, processes, and rhythms.
- Collaborate with commercial directors and headquarters to develop budgets and update them during various budgetary phases across all markets.
- Design dashboards and presentations, ensuring the update of budgetary data within internal and group information systems.
- Propose and implement tools for monitoring and improving budgetary control procedures.
- Support commercial and operational teams in budget management and enhance understanding of financial challenges.
- Establish and analyze KPIs to measure regional and TR performance, and animate teams around existing KPIs while developing new ones.
- Conduct performance analyses and decision-support tools to optimize profitability.
- Identify improvement levers and support operational and commercial teams in their implementation.
- Manage investment requests (CAPEX) and contribute to the establishment of processes and tools.
- Produce and ensure the reliability of figures, analyze variances, and alert on deviations.
- Prepare and manage provisions, ensuring the implementation of the analytical structure.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and reporting deadlines (internal and LVMH Group).
- Develop reports and presentations for the Commercial Directorate, commercial teams, and the Financial Directorate.
- Collaborate closely with zone managers, local markets, and Travel Retail in conjunction with headquarters for annual budget implementation, forecasts, and profitability analysis.
- Develop recommendations to improve the Maison's profitability in Europe and TR.
- Serve as the reference for the perimeter, basic data (clients, markets, channels) of internal systems, and participate in internal cross-functional projects.
- Master's degree or equivalent in Finance or Management Control.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management control within an international environment, ideally in market, export, or subsidiary scopes.
- Strong experience in budget development, financial analysis, reporting, management, and dashboarding.
- Proficiency in SAP, Syrus, Anaplan, and Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with a high degree of rigor, autonomy, proactivity, and initiative.
- Deep understanding of the luxury industry environment and retail, travel retail, export, and e-commerce challenges.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
A minimum of 5 years in management control within an international context, preferably in market, export, or subsidiary domains.
Master's degree or equivalent in Finance or Management Control.
