1. Monitor and manage budgets by cost center in collaboration with HR and operational teams, ensuring verification, variance analysis, and anticipation of future expenditures.
2. Assist in the preparation and monitoring of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets through data collection, analysis, and corrective action planning.
3. Support budget revisions during closures and contribute to the reliability of budgetary data in tools such as SAP.
4. Actively participate in the establishment of monthly, quarterly, and annual closures, adhering to internal and LVMH group reporting deadlines.
5. Contribute to SAP budget tracking post-closure, providing support without direct responsibility.
6. Prepare monthly analysis reports (e.g., P&L by point of sale) and various management and LVMH group reports.
7. Assist in preparing Business Review materials, including sales analysis tables by region and accounting mapping.
8. Identify manual or inefficient processes and propose automation solutions, including files, tools, automated reporting, and macros.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting and tracking tools in collaboration with the IT department.
10. Document and support the implementation of new processes to ensure reliability and expedite processing.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business school, engineering school, or equivalent, with a specialization in Finance/Financial Control/Management Control.
2. Fluency in English.

1. Strong analytical and synthesis skills, comfortable with numerical data.
2. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
3. Interest in information systems and process automation.
4. Anticipation and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
5. Rigorous, reliable, and transparent communication skills.
6. Ability to quickly understand and adapt to new environments.

Beginner level experience in finance or related fields.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
