1. Oversee and enhance the financial performance and operational efficiency of the Maison.
2. Act as a strategic partner to international markets and subsidiaries, ensuring the reliability and strategic interpretation of financial data.
3. Coordinate global financial planning and performance.
4. Support markets and teams in budget development and management, ensuring understanding of financial elements.
5. Consolidate, monitor, and analyze financial data from all international subsidiaries and markets to support strategic and operational decisions.
6. Ensure consistency and standardization of budgeting processes across international entities.
7. Produce dashboards and presentations for the General Management.
8. Lead the transition to the future ERP system and update budgetary data.
9. Consolidate and analyze KPIs to measure international performance, identifying optimization levers and risks.
10. Supervise investment requests (CAPEX) from subsidiaries and markets to the LVMH group.
11. Coordinate periodic and annual closure and reporting processes for subsidiaries and markets.
12. Manage and develop a team of two financial controllers, ensuring performance tracking and skill development.
13. Animate and coordinate the international financial community to ensure practice consistency and engagement.

1. Advanced degree in finance or management control (Master's, Business School, etc.).
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in management control in an international environment.
3. Experience in audit is a plus.

1. Expertise in budget development, financial analysis, reporting, and dashboard management.
2. Proficiency in SAP, Syrus, Anaplan, and Power BI.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
5. Leadership and team management skills.
6. Fluent in French and English.

Minimum of 10 years in management control within an international setting, with audit experience being advantageous.

Master's degree in finance or management control.
