- Collaborate in the design and implementation of omnichannel 360 marketing activation tools.
- Assist in preparing training materials for internal teams and markets on customer experience best practices, including hospitality, gifting, and customer relations.
- Develop innovative tools and strategies to meet market needs, such as GWP, gift sets, and limited editions.
- Propose creative ideas to support the dynamic of brand activations.
- Support the development and monitoring of creative animations, including premium paper art and VIC events.
- Participate in disseminating guidelines to support key annual events and assist in their implementation.
- Engage in competitive intelligence to identify trends and best practices in customer experience.
- Contribute to the analysis of customer feedback and market studies to optimize customer journeys and touchpoints.
- Analyze competitor actions and provide field insights to propose recommendations for boosting sales.
- Master's degree level education in Business School or equivalent.
- Ideally, previous experience in project management.
- Fluency in English.
- Organizational skills, versatility, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to multicultural environments.
- Proactivity and the ability to gather information and persuade other departments.
- Resilience under pressure and the ability to manage direct supervision and urgent tasks.
- Artistic sensitivity and passion for the luxury and cosmetics industry.
Ideal candidates will have prior internship experience, preferably at the end of their Master's program (M1 or M2).
Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
