- Participate in the conceptualization of new product ideas, packaging concepts, and creative sales tools, including moodboards.
- Engage with agencies and designers for the creation of 3D models, artworks, and presentation materials for the artistic direction.
- Conduct trend monitoring, competitive analysis, and market studies to inform creative strategies and surpass industry standards.
- Coordinate the operational progress of product launches in collaboration with product managers and internal departments such as purchasing, packaging development, and communication.
- Assist in the creation and management of execution documents, preparation of newsletters, and 360° launch strategies including digital activation and post-production follow-up.
- Provide daily support to the team on operational and administrative tasks, demonstrating versatility and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Execute specific projects with deadlines, such as business reviews on major franchises and retailers.
- Conduct qualitative studies and quantitative analyses to support development strategies and consolidate information for the annual Brand Review.
- Synthesize and present structured results to aid decision-making and team presentations.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/BAC+5) in business school, IAE, university, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in product marketing, preferably in the fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury sectors.
- Strong aesthetic sensitivity and passion for the fragrance industry.
- Organizational skills with the ability to adapt and manage diverse and simultaneous tasks.
- Proactive and responsible with the ability to propose ideas and solutions.
- Analytical skills with a comfort in handling numbers and synthesizing information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a preference for teamwork and cross-departmental coordination.
- Proficiency in office tools and an interest in creating visual materials such as models and moodboards.
- Operational proficiency in English.
Beginner level experience, with at least 6 months in product marketing, ideally within the fragrance or luxury sectors.
Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/BAC+5) in a relevant field.
