1. Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data from various sources and tools such as ERP, Anaplan, DataEntry, and Infoware.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for monitoring commercial performance by product, channel, and region.
3. Prepare executive summary presentations for senior management.
4. Conduct ad hoc analyses, including launch tracking and identification of opportunities for improvement.
5. Ensure the creation, updating, and reliability of point-of-sale data in information systems in collaboration with commercial teams across HQ, regions, and subsidiaries.
6. Implement quality controls to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability.
7. Identify and rectify anomalies, collaborating with Sales, Digital, Operations, Collection & Image, and IT teams to optimize processes.

1. Currently enrolled in a higher education program (minimum Bac +4/5) in Business School, Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Excellent command of Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables; proficiency in VBA is a plus.
3. Familiarity with Data Visualization/Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
4. Demonstrated rigor, organization, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively in English.
6. Strong interest in the luxury and fragrance sectors.
