1. Oversee the deployment of artistic projects aligned with the Maison's strategy and image, including exhibitions, artistic conversations, olfactory installations, and bespoke cultural partnerships.
2. Identify and evaluate opportunities for artistic and cultural collaborations, ensuring alignment with the Maison's values and annual launch plans.
3. Initiate and cultivate relationships with artists and partner entities, managing both incoming requests and proactive outreach.
4. Manage the entirety of artistic projects, including concept definition, deployment, budget management, and administrative and legal oversight.
5. Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
6. Monitor project execution and conduct post-operational analysis to derive insights and recommendations.
7. Develop products related to artistic projects.
8. Develop communication plans for artistic projects and sponsorship programs.
9. Coordinate and/or draft press releases and other communication tools.
10. Lead the creation of digital content in collaboration with the Digital team.
11. Organize events to promote artistic projects and sponsorship programs internally and externally.
12. Represent the Maison at cultural events organized by LVMH or the Comité Colbert.
13. Manage and promote the Maison's archives, ensuring the preservation and dissemination of its heritage.

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Cultural Management or Art History.
2. 7 to 10 years of confirmed experience in managing artistic and cultural projects, ideally within a luxury Maison or a renowned cultural institution.
3. Proven expertise in managing complex projects with strong knowledge of legal issues (sponsorship, intellectual property) and budget management.
4. Fluency in English is essential for the international scope of projects.
5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
