Francis Kurkdjian Account Manager

- Achieve account sales targets set by the Area Manager and motivate the team to meet these goals.
- Proactively sell Maison Francis Kurkdjian products, ensuring a luxury standard of service.
- Lead and coach the team to exceed sales targets.
- Maintain awareness of KPIs and new product launches, promotional activities, and business trends.
- Lead a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors to provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with the Retail Trainer to ensure team participation in relevant training courses.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and provide fragrance recommendations.
- Initiate client contact and ensure a welcoming environment both on the counter and through traffic stopping.
- Ensure service standards are consistent with Maison Francis Kurkdjian's expectations.
- Develop the team for business continuity and manage personnel matters.
- Ensure counters are immaculate and well-merchandised, reflecting the brand's image.
- Adhere to grooming guidelines and maintain professional conduct.
- Manage stock replenishment, deliveries, stock taking, and sales recording.
- Complete all operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, including store management and LVMH Head Office.
- Adhere to company procedures and policies.
- Identify and interview candidates for team vacancies, supporting the Store Approval process.
- Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager for probationary reviews, appraisals, and performance feedback.
