1. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Area Sales Manager.
2. Lead and coach a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Maintain awareness of new product launches, promotional activities, and market trends.
4. Ensure all team members participate in relevant training to provide consistent service.
5. Manage team-related matters including scheduling, absences, and performance.
6. Ensure immaculate merchandising and adherence to brand guidelines.
7. Oversee stock management and administrative tasks including sales analysis.
8. Establish professional relationships with stakeholders and adhere to company policies.
9. Support talent acquisition and conduct performance reviews.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales management experience, ideally within luxury brands.

1. Proven track record in leading and managing a team.
2. Strong appreciation for beauty or luxury lifestyle sectors.
3. Creative flair and problem-solving abilities.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

A minimum of 3 years in retail sales management, preferably within the luxury sector, is required.
