1. Achieve and exceed account sales targets as set by the Area Manager.
2. Lead and coach a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Maintain awareness of new launches, promotional activities, and business trends.
4. Ensure the team participates in relevant training to align with global service standards.
5. Manage stock replenishment, merchandising, and administrative tasks.
6. Develop and manage team performance, including recruitment and appraisals.
7. Establish professional relationships with stakeholders, including host store management and LVMH Head Office.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail or luxury sales.
