1. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Area Manager.
2. Lead and coach a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer service.

5. Manage stock replenishment and ensure counters are well-merchandised.
6. Conduct administrative tasks including sales analysis and reporting.
