1. Service and repair all types of quartz and automatic watches to the highest standards within expected timeframes.
2. Refurbish precious metal and stainless steel cases and bracelets.
3. Achieve workload targets and contribute to departmental goals.
4. Train technicians and trainee watchmakers in servicing and overhauling watches.
5. Provide advice and information to management as required.
6. Promote quality achievement and performance improvement.
7. Develop and maintain in-depth product and brand knowledge.
8. Proactively develop technical skills and industry knowledge.
9. Attend in-house and brand-specific training sessions.
10. Support technical training and events across other business areas.
11. Maintain high quality of work to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive brand image.

1. WOSTEP/BHI or Swiss watchmaking qualification or equivalent bench experience

1. Ability to service and maintain Swiss/luxury timepieces

Minimum of 3 years of professional watchmaking experience, preferably with Swiss or luxury brands.

WOSTEP/BHI or Swiss watchmaking qualification or equivalent bench experience
