4. Implement repair solutions such as timing adjustments and movement cleaning.
5. Polish and refinish watch cases, bracelets, and components to meet Bulgari's luxury standards.
6. Ensure polishing processes maintain material integrity and comply with safety protocols.
7. Provide accurate technical estimates and diagnostics.
8. Maintain a clean and organized workshop, securing and storing merchandise appropriately.
9. Ensure workshop compliance with health and safety requirements.
10. Deliver consistent service quality under Bulgari standards.

1. 5+ years of experience in repairing and polishing high-end watches.
2. Ability to analyze and resolve full-service repair issues.
3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
4. Effective prioritization and workload management skills.
5. Collaborative and team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
6. Proficiency in written and verbal English.
