Watch Technician

LVMH Watches & Jewelry is a division of the LVMH Group, responsible for the logistics, before sales service, after sales service, and order processing for luxury watch and jewelry brands such as Bulgari, TAG Heuer, Hublot, Zenith, CHAUMET, Fred, and Dior. The division imports products from headquarters in Switzerland, France, and Italy.

1. Diagnose and repair watches for customers and partners.
2. Use designated parts and equipment correctly for watch diagnosis and repair.
3. Clean and adjust watches appropriately.
4. Ensure the services and estimates required for repairs are reasonable.
5. Perform repairs that meet brand quality standards.
6. Complete tasks with the required productivity and speed.

1. Graduation from a watchmaking school is preferred.

1. Ability to perform tasks within allocated timeframes.
2. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
3. Ability to maintain high self-motivation.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in watch repair.

Graduation from a watchmaking school is preferred.

Located in Tokyo, Japan, the workplace involves collaboration with colleagues in the workshop, after-sales service administration, customer service center, brand sales staff, and brand HQ watchmakers.
