1. Perform a range of watch repairs and services to the highest standards, supporting departmental targets and the development of the UK aftersales business.
2. Conduct general repairs including battery replacements, part jobs, and servicing under guarantees.
3. Perform checks on the functioning of quartz and mechanical movements.
4. Assist with technical preparation, including external maintenance such as de-casing, ultrasonic cleaning, and resealing.
5. Ensure quality control of own work to meet high standards.
6. Operate machinery correctly following safety procedures.
7. Maintain and clean workshop equipment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
8. Proactively develop technical skills and enhance knowledge.
9. Ensure a safe and orderly working environment.
10. Achieve workload targets within agreed timeframes.
11. Support team colleagues and promote a positive work culture.
12. Assist the Estimation department as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry.

1. Interest in working with watches and luxury timepieces.
2. Good hand-eye coordination.
3. Experience in servicing quartz and automatic watches (desirable).
4. Close attention to detail.
5. Drive for results.
6. Ability to work at a fast pace with high accuracy.
7. Professionalism, conscientiousness, and reliability.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry is required.
