1. Perform a comprehensive range of watch repairs and services to the highest standard, supporting departmental targets and the development of the UK aftersales business.
2. Conduct all general repairs, including battery replacements, part jobs, under guarantees, and servicing of quartz and quartz chronograph movements.
3. Perform checks on the functionality of quartz and mechanical movements.
4. Assist with technical preparation, including external maintenance such as de-casing, ultrasonic cleaning, and resealing.
5. Ensure quality control of personal work to meet high standards.
6. Operate machinery correctly following safety procedures.
7. Maintain and clean workshop equipment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
8. Proactively develop technical skills and enhance knowledge.
9. Ensure a safe and orderly working environment.
10. Achieve workload targets within agreed timeframes.
11. Support team colleagues and promote a positive work culture.
12. Assist the Estimation department as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
2. Experience in servicing quartz and automatic watches is desirable.
