Watch Technician

1. Carry out a range of watch repairs and services to the highest standard.
2. Support the achievement of departmental targets.
3. Perform general repairs including battery jobs, part jobs, and servicing under guarantees.
4. Conduct checks on the functioning of quartz and mechanical movements.
5. Assist with technical preparation, including external maintenance of watches.
6. Perform quality control on own work to ensure high standards.
7. Operate machinery in accordance with safety procedures.
8. Maintain and clean workshop equipment while adhering to H&S procedures.
9. Proactively develop technical skills and enhance knowledge.
10. Ensure a safe and orderly working environment.
11. Achieve workload targets within agreed timeframes.
12. Support team colleagues and promote a positive work culture.
13. Assist the Estimation department when necessary.

1. Interest in working with watches/luxury timepieces.
2. Experience working within a similar role or industry.
3. Good hand to eye coordination.
4. Experience of servicing quartz and automatics (desirable).
