1. Execute a variety of watch repair processes to the highest standards, supporting departmental targets.
2. Support the development of the UK aftersales business.
3. Promote the LVMH brand experience by providing outstanding customer service.
4. Perform watch case and bracelet de-casing and prepare them for polishing.
5. Conduct ultrasonic cleaning, re-sealing, and water resistance tests.
6. Troubleshoot and identify worn or defective components as needed.
7. Ensure high efficiency and quality control of own work.
8. Assist with part jobs and guarantee work when required.
9. Maintain workstation tidiness and organization.
10. Operate machinery correctly following safety procedures.
11. Maintain and clean workshop equipment, adhering to Health and Safety protocols.
12. Proactively develop technical skills and enhance product knowledge.
