1. Conduct detailed examinations of TAG Heuer watches to determine necessary repairs.
2. Undertake initial technical training and proactively develop technical skills.
3. Open timepieces and perform accurate tests on movements.
4. Perform thorough visual examinations to assist in repair determinations.
5. Communicate findings to the Admin Team regarding necessary repairs.
6. Collaborate with internal departments to obtain additional technical information.
7. Ensure exceptional client experience through accurate diagnosis and product knowledge.
8. Utilize bespoke databases and systems effectively.
9. Provide technical information to assist the Customer Service team with inquiries.
10. Meet determined deadlines and maintain a standard of excellence.
11. Perform additional departmental duties as required.
12. Support team development and attend training sessions.
13. Offer outstanding service to all clients as a Brand Ambassador.
14. Embody brand values and actively develop brand knowledge.
