1. Oversee all tax-related matters for LVMH Watch & Jewelry Japan, encompassing six brands and two entities.
2. Organize closing and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with Corporate Accounting Principles and local legal and fiscal requirements.
3. Prepare audit and tax filings, including internal and external audit matters, corporate tax, consumption taxes returns, and other tax reports.
4. Ensure tax compliance, including transfer pricing documentation and establishing processes according to tax requirements.
5. Manage monthly closing activities, including journal entries, intercompany reconciliation, and preparing financial reports for headquarters.
6. Oversee fixed asset management, including registration, depreciation, disposal, transfer posting, and tax posting/payment.
7. Provide support for special projects and assist team members as required.

1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
2. Japanese CPA or Tax Accountant qualification is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in International Accounting Standards, IFRS, and US GAAP.
2. Intermediate computer skills and process-oriented mindset.
3. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Fluency in English and Japanese, with a TOEIC score over 800.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a foreign company with International Accounting Standards practices, preferably in a complex environment with multiple legal entities and brands.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
