1. Mentor Client Advisors in selling and client engagement techniques.
2. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and exceptional selling skills.

1. Minimum of 3 years in a comparable role, ideally in luxury retail.
2. Experience in High Jewelry and Watches sales is advantageous.
3. Proven record of achieving exceptional business results.
4. Strategic agility and aptitude for leading and inspiring teams.

3. Client development and industry relationship building.
4. Familiarity with retail software such as Beanstore, Salesforce, and SAP.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity within the luxury retail sector is required.
