1. Support the supply, management, and distribution of materials and spare parts to the workshop and external retailers.
2. Pick parts orders for internal and external requirements on a daily basis.
3. Maintain and update all in-house materials stock databases.
4. Accurately record stock movements and complete required documentation.
5. Invoice and pack orders efficiently.
6. Check and receipt shipments promptly.
7. Conduct materials stock checks and stocktakes as necessary.
8. Provide regular stock updates to the manager and team.
9. Respond to stock enquiries and availability emails internally and externally.
10. React to time-critical parts requests.
11. Order from brand houses and manage related processes.
12. Handle communications from head office regarding CITES.
13. Answer phone calls from both internal and external customers.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in stock picking with high accuracy.

1. Proficiency in using various computer systems for stock management and query response.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to prioritize and plan workload according to strict deadlines.
4. Capability to work at a fast pace with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Professionalism, conscientiousness, and reliability.

Minimum 3 years of experience in stock picking with high accuracy.
