2. Manage the vendor database, ensuring compliance with Finance policies, onboarding new vendors, and minimizing duplicate or inactive records.
3. Oversee the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, including creation, coding, invoice processing, and timely approvals.
4. Ensure adherence to SAP budget approval levels, track pending approvals, and escalate as necessary to mitigate processing delays.

1. Extensive experience with SAP.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong follow-up and time management skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Ability to quickly learn new database computer programs.
5. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with keen attention to detail.
6. Receptive to constructive feedback for personal and task performance improvement.
7. Champion a problem-solving approach.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, though familiarity with SAP is crucial.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
