1. Manage repair requests for jewelry brands, including data entry, inspection, and shipping.
2. Handle telephone and email inquiries related to jewelry and watch products, online purchases, and repairs.
3. Serve as an in-house contact point for after-sales service and customer complaints.
4. Coordinate with end users, directly managed stores, and wholesale clients.

1. Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience with strong processing skills.
2. Experience in handling jewelry or luxury watches, with jewelry inspection and GG certification preferred.
3. Proficiency in English for reading and writing.

1. High proficiency in PC skills, particularly Excel.
2. Ability to touch-type while managing phone inquiries.
3. Strong customer service skills, especially within luxury consumer goods sectors.
4. Thorough understanding of compliance and adherence to rules.
5. Experience with precision machinery or jewelry handling.

Minimum of 3 years in administrative roles, preferably within the luxury sector.
