- Manage repair requests for jewelry brands, including data entry, inspection, and shipping.
- Handle telephone and email inquiries regarding product information, online purchases, and repair services.
- Serve as the internal and external contact point for after-sales service inquiries.
- Address customer complaints from end users, directly managed stores, and wholesale clients.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the luxury consumer goods sector, including jewelry and watches.
- Experience in handling jewelry products, with a preference for those with jewelry inspection experience or a Graduate Gemologist (GG) certification.
- Proficiency in English, particularly in document creation and reading comprehension, to communicate effectively with overseas staff.
- Strong understanding of compliance and ability to adhere to company rules and regulations.
- Basic office processing and PC skills, including proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.
- Ability to perform blind touch typing for efficient screen operation during calls.
- Familiarity with careful handling of precision machinery and jewelry.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle irregular cases.
- Positive attitude and cooperative demeanor.
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, especially within luxury consumer goods such as jewelry and watches.
