1. Manage repair requests for jewelry brands, including data entry, inspection, and shipping.
2. Handle telephone and email inquiries regarding product information, online purchases, and repair services.
3. Serve as the internal and external contact point for after-sales service inquiries.
4. Address customer complaints from end users, directly managed stores, and wholesale clients.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the luxury consumer goods sector, including jewelry and watches.
2. Experience in handling jewelry products, with a preference for those with jewelry inspection experience or a Graduate Gemologist (GG) certification.
3. Proficiency in English, particularly in document creation and reading comprehension, to communicate effectively with overseas staff.
4. Strong understanding of compliance and ability to adhere to company rules and regulations.

1. Basic office processing and PC skills, including proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.
2. Ability to perform blind touch typing for efficient screen operation during calls.
3. Familiarity with careful handling of precision machinery and jewelry.
4. Flexibility and adaptability to handle irregular cases.
5. Positive attitude and cooperative demeanor.
