1. Provide HR consulting support to managers and General Managers for all employee life cycles.
2. Plan and implement recruitment strategies for shop and office staff, including shop managers.
3. Collect and analyze learning needs, proposing necessary learning solutions to the organization.
4. Conduct regular visits to shops to assess the current situation and monitor staff motivation, offering advice to managers, General Managers, and Senior HR Director as needed.
5. Advise and support on labor issues in shops, coordinating staff transfers, promotions, and proposing relevant staff assignments.
6. Prepare and conduct performance appraisals and manage the salary review process.

1. More than 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
2. Experience in the retail, hospitality, or luxury industry preferred.
3. Proficiency in Business English and Japanese.
