1. Provide HR consulting support to managers and General Managers for all employee life cycles.
2. Plan and implement recruitment strategies for shop and office staff, including shop managers.
3. Collect and analyze learning needs to propose necessary learning solutions.
4. Conduct regular visits to shops to assess the current situation and monitor staff motivation.
5. Advise managers, General Managers, and Senior HR Director on labor issues and staff motivation.
6. Coordinate staff transfers, promotions, and assignments, making relevant proposals.
7. Prepare and conduct performance appraisals and salary review processes.

1. More than 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
2. Experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury industry preferred.
3. Proficiency in Business English and Japanese.
