LVMH Watches & Jewelry Customer Service Estimator

- Administer the process for TAG Heuer timepieces requiring maintenance or repair at the service centre.
- Accurately register client timepieces onto a bespoke database.
- Assess client repair requests and execute actions following internal protocols.
- Conduct thorough visual examinations of timepieces to determine necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to acquire required technical information.
- Update the database with relevant information to produce detailed estimates for clients.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through precise data input and product knowledge.
- Adhere to standards of excellence and meet established deadlines.
- Perform additional departmental duties as needed.
- Maintain and enhance current product and systems knowledge.
- Support team development and participate in required training sessions.
- GCSE, A Level, or NVQ qualifications.
- Experience in an administration role, preferably within a luxury or technical field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to achieving results.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage client expectations with empathy.
- Proficient PC user with the capability to manage and maintain accurate records.
- Client-centric mindset focused on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Organizational skills and drive to complete tasks within set timeframes.
Minimum of 3 years in an administration role, ideally within a luxury or technical environment.
GCSE, A Level, or NVQ qualifications.
