1. Administer the process for TAG Heuer timepieces requiring maintenance or repair at the service centre.
2. Accurately register client timepieces onto a bespoke database.
3. Assess client repair requests and execute actions following internal protocols.
4. Conduct thorough visual examinations of timepieces to determine necessary repairs.
5. Collaborate with internal departments to acquire required technical information.
6. Update the database with relevant information to produce detailed estimates for clients.
7. Deliver an exceptional client experience through precise data input and product knowledge.
8. Adhere to standards of excellence and meet established deadlines.
9. Perform additional departmental duties as needed.
10. Maintain and enhance current product and systems knowledge.
11. Support team development and participate in required training sessions.

1. GCSE, A Level, or NVQ qualifications.
2. Experience in an administration role, preferably within a luxury or technical field.

4. Proficient PC user with the capability to manage and maintain accurate records.

Minimum of 3 years in an administration role, ideally within a luxury or technical environment.
