Customer Service Estimator

1. Administer the process for TAG Heuer timepieces requiring maintenance or repair.
2. Accurately register client timepieces onto the bespoke database.
3. Process client repair requests following internal procedures.
4. Conduct thorough visual examinations of timepieces to determine repair needs.
5. Collaborate with internal departments to obtain necessary technical information.
6. Update the database with relevant information to produce detailed estimates for clients.
7. Provide exceptional client experience through accurate data input and product knowledge.
8. Meet determined deadlines and maintain a standard of excellence.
9. Undertake additional departmental duties as required.
10. Develop and maintain current product and systems knowledge.
11. Support team development and attend required trainings.

1. GCSE, A Level or NVQ qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in an administration role, ideally within a luxury or technical field.
