1. Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Execute the BVLGARI selling ceremony with expertise, adapting strategies based on client needs and motivations.
3. Communicate the passion and values of BVLGARI, enhancing client engagement and brand loyalty.
4. Achieve personal and boutique sales targets, focusing on quantitative and qualitative goals.
5. Drive high-end sales and strategize for premium client interactions.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
7. Efficiently manage and expand the client portfolio through targeted strategies.
8. Initiate CRM actions to enhance client engagement and retention.
9. Represent BVLGARI at client events, embodying the brand as an ambassador.
10. Adhere to all brand guidelines and boutique operational procedures.
11. Participate in inventory management and boutique maintenance activities.
12. Support opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdowns.
13. Assist with special projects and operational needs as required.

1. Proven success in a luxury retail environment, focusing on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
2. Experienced in catering to high-end clients and managing sophisticated sales interactions.
3. Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to creating memorable shopping experiences.

1. Multi-lingual to cater to a broad client base.
2. Technologically savvy, with proficiency in relevant retail and CRM software.
3. Strong communication skills, result-oriented and driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Minimum of 3 years in a luxury retail environment.
