4. Achieve personal and boutique sales targets, focusing on quantitative and qualitative goals.
5. Drive high-end sales and strategize for premium client interactions.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
7. Efficiently manage and expand the client portfolio through targeted strategies.
8. Initiate CRM actions to enhance client engagement and retention.
9. Represent Bulgari at client events, embodying the brand as an ambassador.
10. Adhere to all brand guidelines and boutique operational procedures.
11. Participate in inventory management and boutique maintenance activities.
12. Support opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdowns.
13. Assist with special projects and operational needs as required.
